I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Economics at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).

Research Interests: Health economics, Applied Econometrics

In my job market paper, I examine the impact of an epidemic on infant health and maternal health care utilization using the 2014-2016 Ebola outbreak. As part of my dissertation, I (with Laurence Baker, Kate M. Bundorf, and Anne Royalty) also analyze the effect of physician-hospital integration on health care spending and utilization using medicare claims data.
